The New Elected Officers of Sorsogon City PNP Advisory Council

Elected as Chairman is Former City Councilor Victorino Daria III. Daria before becoming a city councilor of the 4th city council was then in the active service in the PNP based in Manila.

Also elected were: Perry Dellosa as Vice Chairman from City DepEd (BERN), and elected members which shall serve for two years Mr. Wilson Hababag of BCBP, Dir. Roque Delos Santos of City DILG, Dr. Ruel Rebustillo of the City Health, and Doods Marianito representing the Media Sector. Other members to serve for one year are: City Prosecutor Alma Zacarias, Ms. Chris Racelis of the Provincial Tourism Office, Fr. Ronnie Dolosa Parochial Vicar Sts. Peter & Paul, Ms.Beth Alindogan Community Affairs.

During the briefing, PSupt. Aarne Oliquiano emphasized that though council is advisory in nature, the functions and responsibilities of the group is very vital there being a guidance on whatever activities and program the City PNP must deliver.

The council thru the Chairman Daria also challenge everyone to help the PNP to better perform so that people's trust to our police will not only be a dream but it will become a reality.

This is to help our PNP attain the elusive reform program initiated even from the time of PNP Director General Roberto Lastimoso or since the rebirth of the PNP during the regime of then President Fidel V. Ramos.
