Hon. Sally A. Lee, Sorsogon City Mayor, and Sec. Lucille L. Sering of the Climate Change Commission.

During her talk in the plenary, Sec. Sering repeatedly mentioned and acknowledge Mayor Lee's contribution to the global information on theclimate change menace. The Secretary went further on saying that Mayor Lee was one of the pioneers in the Climate Change program more than a decade ago when the world doesn't really understand yet the said phenomena.
