April 4, 2014 - WOW Smile Radio interviewed one of the relatives of the victim and confirmed the alleged rape of the 2-year old girl in one Barangay of Castilla, Sorsogon.
According to Nenita (not her real name), the incident was discovered more or less 10 in the evening 03 April 2014.
The victim along with two other sisters (10 and 6 years old) were sleeping when the suspect carried the 2-year old girl away from the house where the suspect use the main door as his entry point as he has easy access to the unlocked main doors of the victim's house. Parents of said children were all not inside the house that time. (the father was just two days working in a construction job in Albay).
Nenita told WOW Radio that the victim was brought to the rice fields where the alleged rape took place

The Mother Liza (not her real name too), got home from a benefit dance where she used to sell cigarettes and candies as part of their livelihood, found the youngest daughter missing. She immediately ask for assistance from her neighbors and they found the young girl (Baby) at the "Pilapil" of the ricefield. The girl was in at state of shock, just sitting (the private part was bloodied believed to be from the sex organ of the victim), "Dai ngani siya naghihibi pero dai man naghihiro an mata bagan natagalpo" - the mother narrated to Nenita. (she's not crying but eyes could not even move/twinkle because of shock)
Meanwhile, Police investigators from Castilla MPS proceeded to the area and have yet to give reports as of the press time.
Hon. Isagani "Bong" Mendoza, Castilla Vice Mayor, told WOW Radio that he already called the COP of PNP Castilla to thoroughly investigate the said incident.#
