In a statement released by Ka Samuel Guerrero, CMC Spokesperson, the decision came after the victim was found guilty of the charges at the "rebulosyonaryong hukumang bayan".
The victim as alleged in the press statement of Guerrero was linked to drugs syndicate operation in the province of Sorsogon.
Meanwhile, PSupt. Aarne Oliquiano, COP Sorsogon City, belittled NPA's claim saying their witnesses positively identified the suspects. Said identification is enough to prove the possible guilt of the suspects.
Just yesterday, the group of COP Oliquiano arrested Cris Rantael and Adonis Casimiro of Oas, Albay as prime suspects in the Estrellado case and detained at the PNP HQ in Cabid-an, Sorsogon City.
